I finally watched S4 the other day and I honestly think it was the best season of the show. Don't really have anything to add that hasn't been said already but they got so lucky with this cast of child actors, they're all fantastic, especially Sadie Sink and Gaten Mazaratto I really hope they don't have the cast so scattered for the final season though, there were certain storylines where I would kind of check out when they showed up, especially Eleven in the lab (until the amazing end of that arc) and the Joyce/Murray stuff. I think it's weird how much Finn Wolfhard has kinda been sidelined on this show too
Couldn't binge this, so I had to dip out of the thread as soon as it dropped. Really enjoyed it. Not sure how the budget is justified if the headlines I saw were true. The vfx sequences still look rough a lot of the time. Also, idk what this thread's thoughts were on the Master of Puppets scene, but I loved it. It's so ridiculous but exactly the kind of shit I like from this show. Hope the gang gets to stay together for the final season. I get that there are a ton of characters and they have to separate them in order to flesh out the different character dynamics, but the show shines when the ensemble is hanging out together.
I didn't even watch this season cause my dad canceled his Netflix so I can't mooch off his, and I still enjoy watching the master of puppets scene whenever I see someone post a clip ha
I don’t know how you can argue that this would be talked about constantly all summer if they released one episode a week.
Stranger Things is still very much on the tiktok consciousness, but maybe it's just the RobinxNancy shippers on queertok...
