It’s be great if they haven’t written it yet and think this is a great idea. Eddie’s sacrifice felt so anti-climactic, give me vampire Eddie.

 

so much complaints about the show having no stakes bc they erase everything already lol can’t imagine it’ll go well if they erase this

 

Kinda feel like the whole point of Eddie was that he was a total sweetheart despite all the boxes he’d been put in by society and the ways that other people looked at him.

and reanimating him as a villain doesn’t really track with that…

 

The other part is that he’d be involved in killing Vecna. Even if they don’t go full vampire I’m sure the last season we’ll enter Vecna’s mind to pay off the “they’re all in here” line, all the victims in the show will probably make an appearance.

Based on nothing I'm guessing part 1 off the final season in October 2023 then part 2 Feb 2024. I'll quote myself when it happens

 

I don't know what I find more offensive, them releasing the volumes 4 months apart, or them releasing a season only 14 months after they start writing it.
