S3 feels like a lifetime ago.

Super excited to wake up tomorrow and spend all day on the couch watching this.

 

My office closes at 3 tomorrow for MDW so I'll be starting around 3:30 haha. Gonna have to remember not to accidentally click on this thread until I'm finished with all the episodes.

 

I’ve been waiting 3 years for tomorrow. I’m ready for S4 right now

 

lol this is why, I watched it when it came out and haven't watched it since, I have a terrible memory with character names

 

I don't think I recall anything from the first three seasons and if you put all the characters in front of me, I probably couldn't name half of them by their character name.

 

The best character died in the second season so

 

I honestly have no idea who you’re talking about.

 

I don't even remember what Sean Astin's character did besides die.

 

Bob was the worst and I was so happy when he died lol

Who the hell brings warm bologna sandwiches for a lunch date! Also his advice to Will 100% got his ass got by an inter-dimensional monster.

I personally hold no ill will against Bob, but he's far from the best character on the show.

 

They didn’t bother to give him flaws because they only wrote him in to be a sacrifice. He’s barely even a character.

 

I'm clearly remembering a different character than everyone here. He was a gardener and knew how to boil, mash, and make a stew of potatoes

 

Bob was so clearly just a nice face meant to get fed to the monsters that I never bothered getting invested in him

 

I was very invested in him dying. I'm pretty sure he even at one point was handed one of the only guns and left it behind. His death was so well deserved and so satisfying.

Edit: yeah, he totally forgot his pistol after he was done being a computer nerd.

 

they clearly frame him forgetting the pistol as a Big Moment that decides his fate but like, gunshots don't do shit against demogorgons lmao

 

Not going to be able to watch this or Obi-Wan until Saturday. Staying off of social media until then.
