My wife and I have very slowly been doing a rewatch of Season 3, and the showdown between El and Billy in episode 4 is intense

Really interesting that they’re revealing that so quickly. I know it was a given and it’s been accidentally confirmed by a few people, but I assumed they would try to keep it more hidden anyway.

yeah this was my takeaway from it as well - glad its out there.

 

them revealing it so quickly almost cheapens the emotion of the last few minutes of the S3 finale, almost.

But we all knew it was coming, so it really doesn't matter.

 

I would really love if there are two more seasons and this season goes really dark to set up for the final one. The stakes are starting to get too low.

I’m glad Hopper is alive though.
