what a genuinely pleasant first listen. this will, without a doubt, be the soundtrack to the rest of summer.

this was so good i had to put it on again immediately, sunday and ari song are ridiculously strong songs. im glad isaac is singing in a more comfortable register now, it makes the harmonies really shine.

"Planes in Front of the Sun" is like an updated "Car" to me. I can almost hear Doug Martsch singing "I wanna see movies of my dreams" overtop it. all this is to say that it's one of my favorite songs of the year
i know rockets is mostly an interlude but I love it. big spirit of the beehive vibes, to the point I was waiting for the track to melt like they would do, it was uncanny
