Wide Awake is amazing.

 

didn't know this was coming at all and didn't hear any singles but I'm into it. feels like a more focused version of that mixtape, makes sense cos it all came from the same sessions apparently. the link between "Ask Me About My Love Life" and "Tales of Romance" is super cool

 

This is not at all what I was expecting to listen to.

 

i liked it!!! feels a bit like a totally different project but it was a good vibe for my bike ride to work in the rain this morning

 

I’m in awe of this album and this band

 

Absolutely love this

 

Fantasy and Blue Shade were my early standouts

 

Can’t wait to dive in this weekend. “Rain So Hard” is one of my favorite songs of the year.

 

Only listened to the singles once. Forgot that She’s On Fire is amazing.

This is kind of nuts so far. Loving it.

apparently I really missed some stuff with this band, didn't even hear Raver Explanation when it dropped. that's a tune

 

There are some cool songs and moments but this is not my thing

 

i think i love this actually. dazed in the shallows is so good. wide awake too

Idk how to describe this but this really makes me think of music from the late 90's-early 2000's that's been lost to my memory.

 

album release party next friday, hell yeah. doors are at 10:30 so it’s gonna be one of those kind of shows.

Album hits hard when running in the pouring rain

 

Really, really great late night music. Phenomenally cinematic atmosphere, reminds me of The Blue Nile in some ways but mixed with like 90s garage music and some light touches of indie emo in the vocals. Yeah I liked this a ton. Gonna get more plays from me as it gets colder/darker. Totally get the Blue Nile vibes

 

I've never listened to this band, will check this out today

 

very very different from this but i think you’d really go for Rot Forever
