I feel like he’s back. Now that they’re not a full-time commitment, it’s probably easier for him to do.

 

I feel both sides have good points. I guess we'll see if he ends up going to Australia, that'd probably be a good tell sign right?

 

I know Wolves just came out, but I want them to go ahead and write a new album with Adam already haha.

 

I wouldn't say no to any new SOTY music ever. I'll take any song I can get lol

 

Wolves = Swan > Page > Constant > Wake

I still like it, but it's the one I go back to the least.

 

Swan>Wolves>Wake>Page>Constant

 

I used to put Constant last, but I really came around to it over the years. I thought it was a safe effort that just tried to recreate the previous album, but it actually has some really great instrumentation and lyrics. It's just missing an epic closer.

 

Agreed on almost all parts. I guess Eye for an Eye isn't really an epic closer like Fate/New War/Rain but more in line with just a fast paced punk style song like Falling Down. I still love that song so much.

 

That's a good point. A good short, punk song is a nice punctuation mark at the end of an album.

 

At this point, my opinion about In The Wake shouldn't be a surprise. It still has some of my favorite SotY tracks (Take Me Back, Our Time Is Now, Pay Your Enemy), but it also has some of my least favourite (I'm not gonna name those)

It can't possibly get more negative reactions than my "Razorblades is the worst song in the SOTY catalog" comment that I stand by proudly.

Ok those songs are Sleep, Meathead and ahemfateahem.

Meathead is fun but it’s my least favorite. Love me some Sleep and Fate though.

 

Oh man, love those three songs lol. At least that means you like We Don't Care Anymore and Pay Your Enemy
