I actually agree with him. Phobia, Dark Before Dawn, and Dear Agony are amazing

 

I think I listened once but don’t recall it making much of an impression

Yeah, I guess I probably still dig a fair amount of stuff from S/T and Nightmare

 

Phobia is the best one, and I liked DBD wayyyyy more than I expected to

 

Anyway, I don’t have an order but my top 5 bands are green day, jimmy eat world, the dangerous summer, all time low, and the 1975

 

You guys are breaking my heart almost as much as when you were talking down on heavy SOTY.

The first BB album is flawless and so relistenable. The 2nd pretty much too besides Forget It and Rain.

Then you have the 3rd album with amazing tracks like Dairy, Breath, You Fight Me and Dance With the Devil. It also had bad tracks like Evil Angel and You. It was about half and half for me.

Dear Angony only really had Crawl and I Will Not Bow as relistenable, two great tracks to their discography but sure sign the band was going down hill.

Then their latest was the most generic thing ever, even for them. They had three guitar players even....yikes.

Lol you liking Evil Angel best is like that arugment of liking Razorblades the best from Page Avenue. At least you have the best intentions and love awesome bands.

 

This just in: people perceive music differently

 

Razorblades is one of my favorite tracks on Page.

 

Tbh, SOTY have like 4-5 fantastic songs on every album and the rest is just okay

I liked “So Cold” a lot when it came out. That’s the extent of my Breaking Benjamin listening.

I'd say start with these 2. Both have good guitar riffs and good melody. A heavier and non heavier track.

 

Can we stop with the Breaking Benjamin? Band sucks. Anyone going to the Wolves album release shows?

 

How dare you. BB is great even though i just railed against their recent effort.

I say we should do a bracket for BB here just for that comment. I feel like that'd be a lot of fun honestly.
