i don't envy anybody remotely modern rock trying to release music the month, let alone the day after a surprise Brand New record

 

...that's kind of a moot post for many reasons.

1. Not everyone likes Brand New(I do so don't kill me)
2. They released a single, album isn't coming out this month that I'm aware of.
3. People can listen to the new Brand New AND this, I know I am.

But yeah the new Brand New was good.

 

i was being mostly facetious.

How about this, better one: "Brand New Story of the Year!" more like "Story of the Year: Brand New!" Damn, that took me too long.

 

I figured as much after I posted my post, thought about taking it down but then said "it's 1am fuck it"

Holy shit this rips and takes me back to the good old days.

 

I was telling myself that I was happy that I wasn't a big enough Brand New fan to have to anticipate a new album for 8 years, but then I realized by the time this album comes out it'll be almost 8 years since the Constant came out. At least I had the Page Avenue 10th anniversary reimagining album during this time.

 

You can definitely hear the Aaron Sprinkle influence in the production. If you swapped out the voice, this could be an Anberlin track, which I love.

 

I liked this song so much I Sprung for a second signed copy of the cd lol

 

Got me to buy it! So great to hear these guys again.
