Steve Aoki keeps remixing songs and fack I hate them all lol I can't help but wonder who's listening to this like "oh yeah that's the sound we're looking for"
Don't think I'll even bother after the blink remix. Dear god. How is he famous besides the cake throwing and earning $23mil a year just makes me sad Edit: Listened.... it makes no sense. He could've dropped his random noises into any song on earth and would still make the same confusion to why it's there 0/10
He's the equivalent male counterpart to Paris Hilton(in DJ terms). Paid his way into it. The parts he added are trash and don't even fit into the song. It was somewhat confusing.
Who needed this? Who listens to Welcome To the Black Parade and thinks, "Well sure, it's not bad, but what this needs is some mediocre electronics and no atmosphere?"
Sure it's a bit of a miss but if you've never been to a Steve Aoki show then you're sorely missing out. I guarantee this would sound a whole lot better when you're with a crowd. Just need that right environement. Plus, as a lover of rock music but consistently going EDM festivals then I certainly appreciate his remixes.
I didn't think it was so bad actually... it starts off promising, but I completely lost it laughing when the robotic voice said "welcome to the black parade" and the bass drop kicked in. At least it was entertaining! Haha
Ive been to plenty of EDM festivals. To me it's literally the only place I want to even hear this music. It's a party atmosphere so it's always going to be a great experience. It's what disco basically was.
"pingers" never fails to make me laugh Also, Steve Aoki's remix of Kid Cudi's 'Pursuit of Happiness' is v.good IMO.
