    literally the first thing I said when I heard R/D was why the hell were these guys not huge? like there's no good reason they didn't blow up on the same level as Touche/Pianos/Defeater

    because No Sleep. iirc R/D was released when the whole operation was on the decline and nothing was really getting pushed out, it just kind of existed.

    I never heard of this band until this album and then went back and purchased everything they made including the side project Slow Bloom.

    Did you get their first EP as brother bear? Bc it’s amazing.

    I discovered them as brother bear off a Free Music Friday on AP I think. Then years later stumbled upon state faults on a top shelf vinyl sale and discovered it was the same band even further down the road. Weird history but so consistent.
