Really enjoying this track, especially the verses. Kings was decent enough but I preferred the likes of Eventually and Just Sound to the likes of Everybody But You and the title track which while good felt a bit too much of a throwback to the early 00s.
I like this but it’s not doing anything huge for me. “Hell Of It” is my favorite on here by a pretty wide margin. I like when this band opens up their songs a bit more - they did this on “Living Proof” but seem to have gone away from it again here.
For me the first four tracks of “Around the World and Back” is the best material they’ve ever put out
Yes! I really love the whole song, easily my favorite on the record. Probably would’ve been a great single choice too
Also pretty much how I feel, I don't think they have a bad album. I'm not sure if I love anything on this as much as Everyone But You, Cut Through the Static, All You Are Is History, or Over the Line but that could change on further listens
Also I always feel good supporting them as they're from Albany, which I'm like an hour-ish south from and have some friends up around there
I do think for their next album if they took an All Time Low Last Young Renegade/Wake Up, Sunshine approach it could be interesting, minus the being fucking assholes like the aforementioned band lol
