I should check for the Resistance there.

 

I just checked. Only season 4 of Rebels is on there, which is a bummer. But the first three Resistance episodes are up.

 

Really enjoyed Resistance! I would binge the entire season now if I could.

 

Yeah Resistance is a fun show! Love the animation style

 

that's what's turning me off of it haha

 

Oh I think the animation is miles better than Clone Wars and Rebels. But people hated when Zelda did it too I guess haha

 

I'm enjoying Resistance so far (2 episodes in). It's pretty fun and I enjoy the single location aspect of it.

With all of the crap that those involved with Star Wars have had to deal with from trolls, it makes me sick to see someone fired for fighting back.

 

Star Wars fans are the worst.

 

Fucking hell, this Chuck Wendig situation makes me mad. I can’t believe he was fired because essentially Marvel bowed to pressure from alt-right trolls.

 

That’s fucked.

 

He talks about the book he wrote and the backlash he got from trolls, but he doesn’t say why Marvel fired him.

I suspect it's because of some tweets he had that (some) people interpreted as encouraging violence against the Right.

 

I'm not exactly mad about it, based on the things people have said about some of his comments.

 

It is terrible that he has had to deal with all that hatred and negativity over really stupid things, but he also didn’t handle it well. He represents Marvel as a creator for them and probably should have just ignored the tweets or at least not sank to their level (which probably would have pissed those people off even more).

 

More and more I just think why would anybody who is even remotely a public figure have a Twitter account

 

This. Anytime someone tweets something even remotely polarizing, I have to wonder how no part of them thinks “hmmm, this probably isn’t smart”.
