I just finished Tales of the Jedi. The Dooku episodes were good. The Ahsoka ones didn't do much for me, but it was nice to have Eckstein back.

 

Bad Batch is off to a great start. It’s funny how this and Andor were two shows I had no interest in when they were announced and they turned out to be the two best ones.

 

I've just finished up rewatching Rebels before I get on to Bad Batch. man that was a good show. I really hope the Ahsoka show lives up to the potential of that ending

 

With Filoni involved, I don’t see any reason to think it won’t. He’s had this story in his head since the ending. I’m not worried about it.

 

I remain nervous about the transition to live-action and I will be Mad About It if they recast Thrawn too. but yes I trust Filoni. if I get to see some bigass Lothwolves in live-action I'll be happy

 

You’ll be very happy then because reports came out the other day that lothwolves will appear. And I’m pretty sure Lars is coming back as Thrawn. All the leaks, rumors, and reports since the show’s announcement have said as such, so it’s all but officially confirmed. It’d be a travesty if he was recast though.

 

I've been semi avoiding and semi following the leaks because I don't want to spoil too much but I'm excited. that being said, big fuck yes to all of that, gimme the full Mortis interdimensional shit Filoni I want all of it

 

wish they had gone full pod racer this episode.

 

This week's Bad Batch was a weird one. Not sure if it's going to connect at all to an overarching story.

 

Loved that last Bad Batch episode. Loved seeing Gungi again.

 

Gungi is awesome. Happy he showed up again.

 

THe last two episodes of Bad Batch were pretty good. I really liked the Wookie one. The mario kart/pod racre one was forgettable, but it did have a very funny but very morbid joke spectator being killed by stray fire.

 

finally started Bad Batch s2 after putting it off for ages. two part premiere was good. Tech getting injured by a flying crate was extremely anxiety inducing after what happened to Nemik in Andor lol

 

fun enough episodes so far but they do feel a little bit aimless

big exception is the Crosshair episode, might be the single best in the show so far. perfect mix of dope action and moral murkiness. and Tawni Ames was a fucking dope character I would've loved to see more of

 

Catching up on bad batch and love a random Ben Schwartz appearance

 

top notch Clone Wars episode this week.

 

Woah we got two new episodes yesterday? Nice.

 

they were some absolutely killer episodes too goddamn, it's been fun so far but these were definitely the quality I was waiting for

end of episode 8 had me misty eyed, but it was the right call

 

I still haven’t started this season yet. I’ve tried to keep away from too much info about it so I can go in a little blind when I get to it. Hoping to get to it between Mando season 3 and whatever comes next.

 

also didn’t realize there were two!

but that ending was a little heartbreaking. we never hear about Echo when we meet Rex again in REBELS

 

Someone spoiled that ending last night for me. I am watching them tonight.

 

I feel like most of the clones would be dead by Rebels era because of accelerated ageing. sad but true :(

 

Okay, the ending wasn’t spoiled for me. The tweet I saw came across as he died. Not that he went to hang out with Rex. What a weird combo of episodes. The first is basically a The Clone Wars episode, which was okay, but I like focusing on the same group throughout a show. Then bad batch actually appears in the second episode.
