I have Disney+ and am curious about some of the Star Wars animated shows. Which do you guys recommend?

There is a lot of both shows that is a bit rough to get through, but by the end of each, it's made worth it.

Yea watch Clone Wars and then Rebels. Also agree with doing it in chronological order.

Yeah some episodes of Rebels I skip, some arcs of Clone Wars I skip now on re-watch but I never feel like either is a wasted journey lol

The first season was pretty solid, but I'd definitely save that for after Clone Wars and perhaps even Rebels.

Bad Batch is basically another season of The Clone Wars (from a certain point of view). I still can’t get over how great the scenery looks in that show.

What everyone said is true for the animated shows.
It’s some of the best Star Wars content out there.

I still have never watched Clone Wars, Rebels, or Bad Batch. Haven't even watched the Boba Fett show, I'm terrible at keeping up

I watched the first episode of Boba Fett, but every time I sit down to catch up I can't bring myself to press play.

i don't think chronological is super necessary for TCW other than inserting the movie in where it should fall in the timeline.

  14. I think it's def necessary if you don't want to be wondering why you are seeing things in season 3 that were resolved in season 1 or whatever. It definitely flows much better

There's a rumor going around that Lucasfilm is very interested in films, series, etc. focusing on a post-Sequel Trilogy Jedi Order that supports attachment. The rumor suggests the seeds being planted in the Mandalorian, etc. to support this. It was first mentioned by a former Variety reporter while on the Ringer-verse podcast.

Excited for the new Kenobi series announced today. Putting May 25 on my calendar. Book of Boba Fett has been really slow so far. I'm far behind and fell asleep trying to watch episode 3 this week. I've seen some spoilers and it looks like things pick up and there are some interesting plot points!

Release My Mind, My Garden Grows

Article says its likely set outside of the Mando timeline. They say its definitely not Lando or The Acolyte. Not sure what other series are still actually in production at this point tbh.

Nah. Dude doesn’t need his foot in that door. We need directors like Rian Johnson, not dull dudes like him.

  23. He's in the machine now.

Glad it's a high republic series

  24. Unrelated to the recent posts but can I just say that I’m pretty sure Rebels is my favorite Star Wars media outside of the OT. Just started season 4 and have loved every bit of it so far.
