Yeah the animation is really fantastic. Especially when there's shots in space it almost looks like the live action stuff.

 

Finally caught up on bad batch ! What a great introduction to the series.

 

Cut and Run was another great episode. Loving the Bad Batch so far.

the scene with Omega and the dirt fit me in the feels

 

Gonna watch Bad Batch even though I never finished Clone wars. Maybe this will inspire me to finally stick with it

Do I need to watch Clone Wars to understand the Bad Batch or can I start there?

 

They only appear in the first four episodes of season 7 but you could watch the bad batch without seeing those

 

Yeah the Bad Batch is awesome. Love the subtle brush strokes you can see on the character models.

 

Popped into Barnes and noble and saw the new thrawn book was out so I grabbed it

 

I was gonna wait until the full season of Bad Batch was out like I usually do but I just saw how long the season is on IMDB, don't know if I can/want to resist anymore

I enjoyed it! I thought by the description it would fall into filler category, but damn I was wrong. Particularly enjoyed Crosshair’s portion, the stuff with Omega was great as well, especially the last scene.

A thread for the show would be great, but I’ve never made one so I’ll leave that to someone else ha. Definitely feels worthy of weekly dedicated discussion though Imo.

Another good episode. The animation in this is wild. Some of the shots are so cinematic.

 

Yea another really good episode. I was not expecting that dark turn it took on Onderon. The end with Wrecker and Omega was really sweet.

 

I'm never going to be able to watch Empire again without seeing Luke cartwheeling out of that window.

 

It's funny to see people interpret this a Dave Filoni is now in charge of story at Lucasfilm. Doug Chiang and John Knoll also hold that title.

 

Seems like a good move regardless

 

Lol that’s so cool. I love Dave’s whole story and I love most of what he makes.

 

Awesome for Dave, he definitely deserves all the recognition he’s receiving.
