Why the hell would you let a failed clone live? He could have ruined everything

Seriously though... if he was a failed clone, wouldn’t he not have Palpatines powers and thus... neither would Rey...?

Sooooo... Anakin throws Slippery Sheev down a hole, and in like three seconds Sheev is like "oh no better yeet my body!" which he does, he has his Redtroopers and Hoodie Squad whip up a clone body which is "failed" but apparently already an adult, Slippy Sheev is like "lol that's cool, enjoy your life son!" and this already adult semi-clone of Palps wanders around until he gets some random pregnant. During this time the Palpatroopers are churning out Snoke clones, one of which runs off and begins ruling the Unknown Regions, while the Palpatroopers apparently just can't get that whole "Burned By Windu" body ready for Sheev, but then uh-oh! Cloned-Failson's baby is force-sensitive! Palps can sense this! buuuuuuut he apparently can't sense exactly where they are, cause he sends Ouchi to bring her back to him (and don't forget to use the knife with the map back to here lulz) in the hopes that she kills him so Sheev can transfer his essence into her body, so eventually she shows up and kills him and nothing happens. The fucking end.

At this point, why does she have to kill him to transfer his essence or whatever? It’s not like he had a mortal wound the first time, he was just falling.

I’d also like to think they cloned Mace to recreate their battle so he could become disfigured

You almost have to respect how literally none of it makes any sense.

Yall would not have done well with the EU! Lol!

The EU made more sense than this. What helped is that each book had the time and ability to breathe and explore what people were thinking and able to react to things .

It would have been nice if they worked as hard on writing the actual movie in the first place as they have worked after the fact to try to spin the idea that this movie had any idea whatsoever what story it was even telling.

I mean, I loved the EU. I think that's what makes this movie even more frustrating to me, I've essentially already experienced the "cloned Emporer" and "next generations Jedi's push and pull of the dark side" storylines, but done better.

The subtitles say "Female Jedi" and not "Ahsoka" and that's where I drew the line.
