So...Palpatine transferred his mind to a body that looked like his body after Mace Windu fried him because...why did he...do...that?

Was Palpatine busily cloning himself on a remote planet but they all kept coming out looking like that and at some point he was like “I’m pretty bad at this lol oh well”?

 

The closest we have is failed clone Palpatine fucks. It’s not the same.

 

So the visual dictionary told us that all the Sith troopers had some programming from Kamino. They get the educational stuff but not the clone stuff? What the fuck?
