Halftime it is....

 

yeah this was the easiest “big release” ticket buying experience I’ve had in over a decade

 

These are the only movies I ever buy tickets for as soon as they drop. I would not want to deal with it on a regular basis!

 

Ya I had to get up before 5am to buy Endgame tix lol. Pretty sure sites were crashing left and right for one or both of the previous episodes when tix went on sale.

Fandango actually crapped out a few times for me but thankfully still got great seats

 

maybe one day AMC will figure out how to properly sell tickets.

luckily got them late but boy what a mess

 

The "imax" screen in my theater still hasn't sold out which is kinda slow for this kind of film. A lot of people may not be aware that the tickets are live.

Kinda bummed, my preferred theater is only showing 2D in the small auditoriums. Which means they filled up so fast that I didn't get the greatest seats :/

 

Sweet, first seat for 11:30am Friday show!

 

Oof.. I missed this drop by almost an hour and pretty much everything but the fan event was gone, so I went with that.

 

6pm Thursday let’s do this!

 

Ive got tickets for 3 showings already lol nobody knows tickets are live yet theyre watchin the jets like DUMMYS

 

Waiting on my theater to offer more showtimes. I won’t be off by 6 and I’m not gonna let some jackass spoil me as they walk out while I wait for the 9:30. 7:45-8:45 will be perfect.

 

Exactly. I could wear headphones, but I’d like to be chatting with people I’m going with not anxious about avoiding spoilers.

 

I think both teams should just take a knee until halftime. It would be a victory formation for Star Wars fans. Pats have the game won already.
