Hate that we are forever going to have to have people defend rian’s film for him.

 

And well never know the concrete truth but what really sucks is that even if there was a plan and it was intentional for Rian to kill Snoke and leave out his backstory, have Rey’s parentage be nobody (at this point), etc... and it makes 9 even more incredible for what Rian did most is the TLJ haters will villify Rian. And if they love TROS they’ll deify JJ for retconning TLJ and saving the franchise.

Yes, but i still do sadly. Mostly just because I love Rian and the disrespect hes given despite how kind he is really grinds my gears

 

I never really understood why when Snoke died people were so focused on his backstory not being revealed in TLJ. It's like they forgot there was another movie coming after it.

Whenever I focus too much on the bullshit negativity he has faced I try to remember: The Last Jedi made
$1,332,539,889.00 in worldwide box-office and was beloved by millions of people around the globe; he made a Star Wars movie that is not only a great fucking Star Wars movie but also a masterpiece of a film that can go toe-to-toe with The Empire Strikes Back; and I like to finish off this positive thought train by basking in the glory of the DAMNED MURDERERS' ROW OF ACTING TALENT who lined up to work with him in his next project.
