Oh I found the resistance plots to be an utter snooze. The Rey/Kylo stuff was the only thing I could get invested in.

When I walked out of the theater after my first watch, I truly didn’t expect this movie to be so controversial (other than like maybe the Leia scene). I just don’t get how people can act like it’s a garbage movie and actively hate it

I get so much comfort knowing that so many of the authors of these hottakes would have HATED Empire or Jedi when they came out.

 

If they had a lightsaber dual on SNL or something it would be one more lightsaber dual than was in this movie

I love that those dumb fucks forgot that JJ read this script and was bummed he wasn’t getting to direct it.

I wanted more of the Kylo/Rey group fight that was fantastic.

 

loved this. my second favorite in the series behind Empire. only thing I would have preferred was more of an established backstory/mythology from snoke. he clearly was around during the clone wars/rebellion. what was homie doing? wish we would have gotten some insight into that.

I thought it was the Falcon leaving Crait at first but I think the kids are telling the story of Luke fighting the AT-M6s and Kylo so some time has to pass for that to spread. Unless it’s a different Legend of Luke Skywalker in which case this could totally be it.

 

I would do my civic duty and try to get a convincing answer for blue/green milk when I see it tomorrow, but I’m partially colorblind so I don’t exactly think you should trust me lol.

 

It’s hard to say. They weren’t speaking basic, and the other models he was using didn’t look like much of anything specific to me.

Timing wise, the Falcon makes sense, but would it be that bright for them? Seems unlikely.

I’m not sure.
