horrible customer service, does a lot of reissues without band approval (which i mean, is legal if they have label approval, but still...care about the bands and not just your own wallet, guys), only gives store credit for cancellations. buy from a better store like amoeba or bull moose or even amazon!
I haven't personally had a problem dealing with SRC, but they're definitely guilty of the things mentioned in here. On top of that, they were a record store that really helped skyrocket prices for vinyl. I think vinyl has kind of reached a price limit for now, but they're rarely one of the cheaper priced places to purchase it - unless it is a clearance record.
