Because you know its coming. Picnic with 1 other person...I mean come on. At some point it's so plainly obvious it's coming, so why not there. By God, people crying because their friend was eliminated. I can't. I cant.
This doesn’t really add up to me. Just kind of feels like he’s too nice of a guy to say otherwise. Even if for some reason she did believe he wanted to just keep going himself and that’s why she didn’t intervene, she still didn’t make any sort of move when it was the next player up.
Well, that’s how Netflix edited it at least. They could have made 5-10 seconds of hesitation look like however long we saw.
yep, the edit definitely tried to make us believe she didn't hold up the team agreement. but she also said "I didn't agree to it" ...and Mai clearly saw it the same way we all did
I also don’t understand why like, even if she refused to move, couldn’t the next person up have gone past her and jumped in front of Trey? I feel like Trey definitely moved too fast in “fear” that he was wasting time. Speaking of, I was personally panicking so much about the timer watching that challenge lol. Watching people stop and hug every single person on their way forward when they have like less than 5 minutes left…what are you doing?!
I'm more mad they didn't force her to keep going once she refused to play along. Ok, you don't wanna do this plan? You're on your own now
this says 9PM PST? which is where I came up with 11pm my time What time does the Squid Game: The Challenge finale come out? but this says 9PM EST, which honestly would make a lot more sense Netflix Squid Game: The Challenge episode 10 final: Squid Game: The Challenge episode 10 on Netflix: Final date, time, contestants - The Economic Times
Would’ve been happy with either player winning, but man is Phil ever bad at rock, paper, scissors lol
Did she win it on a Visa gift card? lol Also, I bet they agreed to split some of it no matter who won. At least I'd hope so.
Usually shows like this have it in the rules somewhere that players are not allowed to choose to split the money like that. Talking about it gets you kicked off. Of course if they decide to do it after the show is over I don’t think they can stop them, but they wouldn’t have been allowed to agree on a split like that before the final outcome. If that were allowed almost every reality competition show would end that way, because everyone would rather leave with something than nothing.
this. the finale was so bad. like how is the last thing between you and 4.5 million dollars pressing a button and then playing rock paper scissors? most of the games were extremely stupid. they should add in at least 1-2 more skill based comps and focus more on the social games where people have to show their ass by destroying other people's game. having more than 1-2 purely chance games is stupid imo, especially at the finale
Agreed. They need a few more games that aren't completely luck based. Both final games were dumb.... at least do some sort of obstacle course or something They went out of their way to have no physical games. Ending felt anti climactic
Agreed with everyone, ending was so dumb. Too many social games and not enough physical challenges. Also, the behind the curtains for this show is disappointing as well. For the bridge game, once the players picked the glass, the lady would announce if they are eliminated or not. Then they would swap the player with a stunt double for the drop itself. They didn't even fall themselves!
