Me and 2 buddy’s are driving to Dalton, Ga tomorrow for a card show at their mall. I have to make sure I go in with a goal of what cards I want and set a budget. Or not! Btw I love the Xerneas card. I have it too but I feel like mine isn’t as colorful or shiny as others I’ve seen.

my buddy texted me that the target near my work had a restock and they had the ascending heroes poster collections with like 10 packs and I got there as the last one was being sold lmao pain. i ended up just picking up a perfect order booster bundle and more chaos rising blisters.
brooo the WORST feeling. on Friday I saw the guy walking out with the last Pris ETB as I walked in Poster collections have the best hit rate out of all the AH stuff, IMO
Card show black out purchases incoming……. All the fossil and Gym Heros cards are ones I needed to get closer to finishing my old sets. The Giovanni card to get closing to complete 151. The Flareon was too cool of a card to pass up. Gorgeous. The Pika and Dragonite were cool. The Gengar he gave to me for just $10. It was heavily played. I just want to complete that set so *check. I’ve been fascinated by the Magikarp for a while. I mean I paid market price for it. No regrets. Now to eat only rice and beans for a month.
my cousin spent the like $300 on a booster box at GameStop for chaos rising or whatever and he’s all hyped on his pulls and I don’t wanna be an ass and be like it’s a whole bunch of mid. it doesn’t help before he decided to finally start paying resell he was buying shitty slabs off whatnot streamers.
I'm generally going to avoid Gamestop as long as they keep pricing their shit near market price. If I wanted to get reamed like that, there's plenty of resellers on Marketplace or TCGPlayer with comparable or better prices.
my plug texted me another local target had an 150 prismatic etb drop at like noon and it was gone within the 30 minutes. they still do 2 per and they need to change to 1 per..
150 etbs??? Crazy. I think my Target just swapped to a 1 per sku rule after i got my etbs with a 2 per rule. 1 per is better for sure.
I got it all too. it would NOT let me in on my PC, I tried every browser. Never happened to me before. so I had to do it on mobile. That was not fun lol
Blessed day for us all. Got it on my computer. I was late getting to my in-law’s new house to help move some furniture because of it lol. She had other help. She knows the Pokémon grind since my brother in law does it too.
