I don’t collect but everything happening with Pokemon cards right now is insane. I’ve seen some terrible behavior from adults. Pulling boxes/packs from other peoples’ hands, buying out entire card vending machines. Crazy

unless i'm an idiot (likely) i was having a bit of trouble finding examples of the variations for the topps 2025 series 1 baseball cards last night. too many versions

 

where do you get like non-sports related cards? my buddy said he got a whole set of "one of my bands" and it was thrice lol

 

it sucks that no site has a good gallery view of all the variations, but someone on reddit made a post with a bunch of pics showing them

Got a Bowman mega box in the mail today, excited to get home and open it

 

what's the difference between standard series and bowman?

 

this seems really really niche

 

Bowman is mostly focused on prospects, and has players first ever cards/first ever autos

 

ooooooh exciting

 

Allen and Ginter sets have a ton of non baseball people/items in them haha

Brian Fallon has his own card in it too

 

I grabbed a pack of A&G last week and got a Quavo card and a card for one of the winners of the Westminster Dog Show

 

ah, i think this is what it was! lol

 

I love the look of the cards so much but I’ll probably stick to singles. I like the hunt of not knowing what’s in a pack but I’d at least like them all to be baseball players or baseball adjacent things

 

I managed to hit at target today but I’m selling the blooming waters for retail of course to my cousin cause he can never find cards in his area

 

the 1st autos (depends on who) go for lots of $$$$$

hopefully he turns out to be the goat

will probably trade him next time I go to a card show

 

next time you at the minor league game look for a fat stack of bowman or a blaster box and open that bad boy

 

I haven’t ever seen them in the team store, I have seen some team specific packs from the past few years. Not sure next time I’ll get to a game, I put in for a ticket drawing at work though lol.

 

damn maybe my two teams just love to shout out the bowman cause they usually stock bowman and heritage lol
