When I went to the card shop to pick up my preorder cases of the new Riftbound set yesterday, a guy came in wanting to sell every OP booster box from OP-01 through OP-14 I wonder what price they settled on. A deal must have happened because the shop posted all the boosters on Insta later that day
my local card shop buys at dogshit % (like 50-60%) so I now try to save for the card shows to sell/trade the one I hit a few weeks ago I did pretty well to get 80-85% on most stuff. There is another one next Sunday so will prob do the same thing again.
It's fun! I am mostly a collector right now as the community is still pretty small in the grand scheme of things If I wasn't into League as much as I was 10+ years ago, I probably wouldn't have gotten into it
Scored some of the Pokemon Prismatic Evolutions drop from Sam's Club two days ago...didn't score anything too crazy but it made my Eeveelution obsessed kid happy so it's a win.
I was able to score two myself and the best card I got was a Sylveon Master ball smh I did hit a demi god pack a few weeks back, so can't complain that much
My surprise box promo was an Umbreon, but my best hits were three regular EXs and an Applin Master Ball. My kid got absolutely scorched with the box and bundle he opened, but he's had a good run of luck with opening things in general since Xmas that probably was going to level out.

In a way, I'm glad I had an expensive vet bill this week because it severely reduced the temptation to chase any Ascended Heroes sets. On the bright side, I just bought a few more cards on TCGPlayer for the random master sets I decided to work on so positives there I guess.
