I saw it on Paste I do believe. Need to revisit it. I listened to Kill the Moonlight for the first time the other day, and loved it.

 

I was more talking about the member lists, but I didn’t remember seeing it on any of those either.

Also need to revisit They Want My Soul. Essentially I got into these guys with HT.

 

ranking! I’m not as familiar with their first 2 records though, so I’ll leave SoS and TP off.

Wasn’t the biggest fan of the album as a whole, but the title track constantly is constantly stuck in my head.

 

how y'all gonna underrate Girls Can Tell this much

 

Girls Can Tell is fantastic. “Anything You Want” might well be my favorite Spoon song.

 

Transference is my favorite record of theirs, but I don’t think I can rank them beyond that.

 

Love Girls Can Tell. Bottom of my rankings is a testament to the strength of their disco not a knock on GCT.

I almost had Transference ahead of Gimme Fiction but since “I Summon You” is the goat Spoon song I couldn’t do it.

 

this is my least fav not counting LPs 1 and 2
