Yeah, this is much sillier than I would’ve thought based on the trailer. Very funny so far.

 

This rocks, haha. Not what I expected at all.

 

If this made you reappreciate The Fray, know that they're not broken up and are actually on tour for the 20th anniversary of How to Save a Life.

I think I liked this slightly less as it went on, but overall very good and funny. Much better than the last Dakota Johnson movie I watched! (The Materialists.)

And nope, The Fray is still just The Fray to me - a band I associate with Scrubs and nothing else, haha.

 

The materialists also good.

 

I definitely liked it less as it went on. The first 40 mins or so up to the fight was brilliant, the rest was still good with some great moments but it lost me a little as it went on and I didn't really care for the ending. I liked Materialists more.

This did make me kind of want to check out more of The Fray because I do love the Scrubs song lol.

 

materialists is one of the worst of the year, this is one of the best

 

Definitely prefer the comedy of this to the drama of Materialists.
