No, bc I essentially haven't seen it. Just got a feeling, given its plot and the era it was released.
I rewatched Unbreakable the other week for the first time in years and was shocked at how much I still loved it, it's a near flawless movie aside from the ending. Gave Split a rewatch right after too and enjoyed it even more than the 1st time I saw it. Glass can't come soon enough.
What part of the ending? The only thing I didn’t like was the freeze frame and the summary. It seemed out of place, like what you see at the end of “based on a true story” movies. I mean, was there any doubt that David would go to the cops?
The freeze frame and concluding text, the shots of Glass perpetrating the acts of terrorism after it had just been revealed he did indeed do them, and the overall abruptness of it. It doesn't leave a lot of time to digest the big twist, and it's all fairly cheesy compared with the rest of the movie.
Done. I wonder when they'll release a trailer officially. Movie - Glass (M. Night Shyamalan; January 18, 2019)
Just watched this for the first time. McAvoy was brilliant but beyond his acting it’s lower tier Shyamalan
