On "Keep Sweet" and this is fucking amazing so far. This one might be my favourite.

holy hell, that high note into the breakdown scream on A Haven With Two Faces.

 

The innovation of good pitch shifting for guitars has really impacted this genre in such a cool way, I don't know if anyone else clocked this yet but the breakdown in Ride the Wave is tuned to double drop Bb. That's absurd.

 

Great album all round but Haven With Two Faces stood out straight away. Insane song

 

really curious to see how many of these songs make it into their set, because realistically i could see all of these being played live at some point

Ride the Wave is like modern day Evanescence but really good

 

Pretty good album on first listen, but didn't give me the same "holy shit!" immediacy of the last one. Excited to listen some more throughout the weekend.

I'm glad that my vinyl that shipped last week hasn't had a tracking update in three days. I'm NOT checking it multiple times a day and I've been totally patient in waiting to hear this. It's fine actually!
