Loved this, feels like the day to Entertainment, Death's night. This band's whole thing often feels like mystique and menace but there are some surprisingly bright and beautiful moments. Love the sparse use of strings throughout, and a lot of the keyboard tones (and maybe some use of drum machines?) gave me 80s vibes. Favorite non-singles on first listen are "SORRY PORE INJECTOR," "SUN SWEPT THE EVENING RED," and "1/500"
this is cool. similar to their other work, I enjoy this a lot as I'm listening but come away from the album feeling like I hadn't had the chance to digest much. might have to do with the collage element. will be sure to return to this so I can get a better "grasp" of it, if that makes sense
