This game is beautiful and a blast but Spider-Man is definitely a narc and a huge fuckin dork thinking one of the worst crimes is “drugs”, definitely takes me out of the game a bit

 

I've talked about this game in the VG thread so I'm not going to repeat everything here. A new thing: I don't like how fidgety actually claiming the backpacks can be.

 

Also the spider cop bits are funny to me

 

Trying to zoom into a specific location from the game's normal speed is pretty frustrating sometimes. I imagine that's why when you get to the general area of a story, it cuts and places you in a specific location.

 

Has there been any word on NG+ and higher difficulty? I beat it pretty easily on hardest difficulty but want to play again on new difficulty with NG+

 

Just broke down and bought this despite not having the time or the money. Fuck.

Excited.

 

They were fine in the beginning I thought, but as you get through the story they seem to take longer/add more difficulty which didn't really feel like the purpose to me.

I loved looking through Norman's apartment and the grand central station missions though.

 

I swear I thought I posted it but yeah developers are saying they are working on it.

 

They're working on NG+ right now.

 

Bomb challenges: i'm good as hell at this game, easy gold
Drone challenges: idk how to work my hands, barely complete

 

Staying out of this thread for the most part because I won't be able to play this for a few days and I don't want the story spoiled (just started act 3 yesterday) but this is an absolute must-play game; I love it; if it weren't for God Of War, Hollow Knight, and Celeste all being perfect, this would easily be the game of the year for me.

This is very easily my game of the year so far. God of War and Far Cry 5 were fantastic, but this game is just something else.

 

Huh. I feel the opposite. God Of War actually did drastic changes to the way stories in games are handled and the ability to make everything a flawless and seamless transition from combat to cutscenes was astounding.

Spider-Man is a great game, but there's a lot that holds it back for me.

 

Who's the Big Bad in this game?

I'm really early in the story but wanted to just do some mindless grinding while listening to a podcast and feel like I unlocked too many things too early. spider-bro pretty much wins any conflict for me

 

That ANAD Spidey costume looks so great in this game

 

Point Launch is a lifesaver in those challenges. I actually really liked the drone challenges and I may be the only one

 

I’ve pretty much been plying only with Stark suit, so much better than advanced and classic suit imo.
