Spider-Man - Playstation Game (2018) Video Game

Marvel's Spider-Man is an upcoming action-adventure game based on the Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man, developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4. Release date: September 7th

Figured I would make a thread for this game since it's my most anticipated right now. Anyone else excited for this?

I'm worried about what appear to be stealth sections as MJ.

 

I feel like Insomniac has a pretty damn good track record, so I have faith. If they can avoid just using nothing but real-time events, I'll be super psyched.

The classic suit looks great

I hope they somehow make it interesting. But I agree with the above poster that this could spoil the flow of the game.

Still hyped af though.

I got to play this at E3 a couple months ago. I sucked at the combat in general, but it was awesome swinging around the city and the boss fight with Shocker was fun.

 

it's wild this is the first game I'm stupid hyped for this year

 

Yeah me too, this is the first game that I’ve pre-ordered in ages.

 

Same here. I never pre-order games.

 

Photo mode is my favorite mechanic of this generation. I think my second play through of The Last of Us took 3 times as long because I kept stopping to take pictures.

 

So I just can't get hyped for this game. It looks good and all, amazing even, but it's just another game to me.

However, I feel like I have to play it (as I felt with God Of War which was excellent) because otherwise I'll be unable to avoid spoilers. I really hate how shitty that feeling is.

 

So excited for this.

 

Finally copped a PS4 just for this game and Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5. GOW was a free bonus.

I hope the boss fights are epic. That was probably the most disappointing thing about Arkham Knight, it basically felt just like Batman vs Army of Goons.

 

I've not been this hyped for a game since GTA V in 2013. I can't wait.
