Why did they think this needed a special theater treatment?

 

It already feels like theyre gonna try to do too much in 2 hours.

Kinda like how the electricity formed the classic Electro mask

 

Damn, I was hoping they'd at least show Charlie if not Tobey or Andrew.

Not a bad trailer, though. Very cool to get a look at each villain this time around. I like what they did with Electro

I liked the trailer. The CGI to de-age Doc Ock looks way better now. Green Goblin revealed finally. The classic Electro look made in the electricity is a nice touch.

I can wait to see Tobey and Andrew in the theater.

Also for anyone wondering the tickets go on sale Monday, Nov 29th

 

I mean, it looks fantastic. And great to see all the old villains. Just confused why they’d hype it so much if it was just a standard trailer without any of the big three reveals.

Ah well, not the end of the world. And only a month to go because us Brits are getting it two days early!

 

I'm glad we now have at least clear confirmation that Sandman and Lizard are also part of this. I like the new look for Electro.

I'm surprised they really did not confirm the other Spider-People even though we know they're there and that would be the clear money shot.

The trailer also lines up with a plot leak I read ages ago, which makes me wonder if that leak was accurate.

 

It's a good thing it's close to 3 hours in length then

How trustworthy are leaks though? They can be photoshopped or whatnot

 

Every photo that has leaked has been included in a plot leak that is over a year old and has been confirmed by numerous people who do nothing but leak and confirm MCU stuff lol

also the Cyber monday/Spider monday thing is cheesy even for spidey haha

 

Those leaks were definitely not photoshopped. Sony just wants to wait and not show Tobey or Andrew until theaters or for the “tickets on sale now” trailer

lol, they didn't even show Willem Dafoe's face. So goofy.

Star of the show for me is still Zendaya's MJ; she's gonna go down as the highlight of this trilogy's cast. And, while I wish they had the guts to just give Electro his costume, hinting at it with electricity is still pretty cool.

My expectations as to the quality of this shit remain low, but I feel like I'll probably have more fun with it than with the other two of these, so whatever.

 

So excited for this chaos

Yep. confirmed for one of the two post credits scene by a few people

 

There’s a reason they haven’t released THE theatrical poster with the actors/actresses credits attached lol they don’t want to confirm Tobey and Andrew and I guarantee the actual final poster will give it away with their names.

 

HELL YEAH.

 

Except Andrew Garfield has said numerous times, even today, that he’s not in it.

 

With big films the MCU has released a 3rd minute long trailer for when tickets go on sale. Who knows if Sony does the same for this one but they might.
