Can we put a pause on this same song being used in a billion trailers now?

 

I went back and watched Captain America: Civil War last night, and while I doubt it has much (if anything) to do with the title, one of the words they repeated when prepping The Winter Soldier was "Homecoming".

 

It has nothing to do with it.

 

Yeah I figured those were just random words.

 

It's just coincidence. The Russo's explained it somewhere. But basically they liked the way it sounded in Russian (was it Russian? I'm blanking, whatever language). They didn't start with English words from what it sounded like. Just the phrasing and flow of those words is why they chose them.

 

He's still got Spider moves.

 

Don't know how much characterization there can be to Happy Hogan but he's basically just Jon Favreau now.

 

Michelle was probably like, "how do you feel about joining the next season of Drag Race?"

It's a commercial for the NBA

 

All I can see is "Spider-Man: Homecoming" at the top and "trailer" at the bottom.

 

It's an NBA spot first, then an existing trailer.

Zendaya's character has been apparently revealed (by a leak from the junior novelization) to be named Michelle Toomes, because she's the Vulture's daughter. Should be a pretty interesting dynamic there.

Thought that was already confirmed? Trilogy must have just been a rumor before?

 

I always thought he was signed on for 6 appearances, meaning CW, Avengers 3, Avengers 4, and three Spider-Man films.
