Being a human being with human attachments like friends and a life is hard when you are also a superhero with enemies who want to kill you and your loved ones and have just successfully killed one of them.

Jean Grey would be interesting. Would they be going for silver age X-Men (in an abstract sense), where we start with a “first class” that’s pretty young, and then when they get older start introducing New Mutants or whoever? I watched X-Men: Evolution when I was young, so making Scott and Jean in the same age cohort as, like, Jubilee or Kitty Pryde wouldn’t bother me, but it would be a weird choice. (And, I also don’t really want Xavier, lol.)

 

The amount of people that think Sadie Sink is going to be the "real" MJ, and are running with it as fact, is insane. Why can't people be fucking normal and not dumb?

 

I’d way rather her play Jean Grey or Firestar over Gwen.
