not sure how I stumbled on this but damn, Wet Dream is a very cool song. Checking out the whole album.

 

Damn. Fire is hella good. I echo the Death Cab sentiments, but I'm also hearing Noah Gunderson and Sunny Day Real Estate while still being it's own thing. There is some guitar work on here that is reminiscent of stuff on How It Feels To Be Something On

tbh i LOVE this album, but theres a thousand other things im listening to at this moment, so i havent been listening as muhc as i want to. Im sure ill become obsessed with it in a couple months though

 

I thought it was hella cheesy at first, but I really like the “well, fuck it!” on Cats. It just sounds good. There is a lot on this record that sounds cool.

 

Last 3 tracks are the 3 best on the record imo.

 

Your Bed reminds me of LVL UP for some reason. Could be his intonation.

Really growing to love this.

 

yup i've thought that same thing. the vocal melodies sound just like a lvl up song when he goes to the deeper voice, the music doesn't fit though

 

this album has been getting a lot of play, it's growing a lot. very similar trajectory to dealer for me

 

Positively charmed by this record on first listen.

 

This album rules and I've been listening to it a ton

 

they're doing a show! good sign going forward

 

Was releasing this towards the end of last year so that it'd get deliberately overlooked and alleviate some pressure off them or?
