Have you checked out the dandelion war? He kinda switches in and out of Spanish and English. Try the album geometries and orchids and start with the song kahlo it's breathtakingly beautiful

 

Una semana en el motor de un autobús by Los Planetas is probably the best Spanish album of all time.

Edit: I also forgot to mention Vetusta Morla. I haven't listened to them all that much but they are held in high regard by a lot of people I trust.
