It's such a relief to sing it out loud along with someone who feels like me.

 

I’ve finally gotten into Giant Sings the Blues the last week or so. It’s good! Not as instant as this album, but still really catchy and solid.

 

GSTB is super good, but pales next to schmaltz imo

I’m unreasonably excited to see them on Friday. The venue is also a 5 minute walk from my house so it’s gonna get lit

Brief thoughts: played schmaltz all the way minus aloha, nothing from giant. They were incredible tho and the whole audience was extremely into it

 

My friend just got me into this band and I love em. Going to see them tonight!

They were great tonight as well, much tighter sounding than when I saw them in April

Played the whole album minus Otis. No old songs

Stoked to see them at Fest

That was so great. Not that i don’t love Phoebe’s songs the way they are, but it’s great to hear them in a more punky form

I only heard this record a few days ago and I can't stop listening. Very lucky to be seeing them on Friday night in London, should be great.

 

it is for sure in my top 5, maybe top 3.

 

Finally got around to listening to the Funeral cover. Hell yes it is great. Probably my favorite song on Strangers in the Alps...and they nailed it!
