Was torn with them not headlining but then saw I won't be in town that day anyway so I won't be going but hope they do a headlining tour soon

 

HAM are fucking obnoxious on twitter. it sucks, but i'll probably go for SLS and dip because im not sitting through HAM to see HM

 

Yeah I kinda echo the same thoughts of hoping for a SLS headlining tour to come. I’m assuming it’ll hopefully come for spring.

This is good lineup with SLS & Hot Mulligan (even if I’m not really SUPER into HM) but dear god does Heart Attack Man suck so much.

 

So what’s the deal with heart attack man? I’ve never heard them. Are they problematic bad? Or just bad, bad?

 

I don’t think I’ve ever heard a song by them but they have a VERY offputting social media presence

 

Dude loves to show off his guns

His overall social media presence sucks and is just extremely cringey, coupled with some gross lyrics, zero interest in that band

This is what I wondered lol. Checking them on Spotify they seemed okay, nothing special but nothing I wanted to immediately turn off lol

 

Now go check them out on social media, they’re insufferable

 

I don’t know their social media either, but as already established, Hot Mulligan’s social media is pretty rough too.

 

Hot Mulligan’s social media looks like it’s run by strict nuns from the 1200s in comparison. And some of the lyrics on the last Heart Attack album would have gotten side eyed in 2001, truly disgusting and vile stuff (over mediocre at best music).

 

Extremely dude heavy tour which is a bummer but I love 3/4 bands so I’m sure it’ll be fun.

 

Hot Mulligan’s online personality is nowhere to be found on stage or in their music and lyrics other than the song names. Makes a huge difference imo.

 

Well, now I’m even more annoyed SLS isn’t direct support.

 

Just scrolled through the hot mulligan twitter and their just kinda corny not giant pieces of shit like HAM

 

I will say the drastic differences between SLS and HAM in regards to gun culture makes this support a bit odd. The lyrics are HAM are easily the worst I’ve heard in a long time from a pop punk band which is saying something. They make bands like Man Overboard seem like lyrical geniuses in comparison lol

 

This is all really disappointing.

 

The first song I heard by heart attack man without knowing anything about them was pitch black and I was like “oh this is super catchy, this band is pretty cool,” and literally every single thing I’ve seen or heard affer that moment assured me this band is very uncool

 

Lol. Same here. That is literally the only tolerable song I’ve heard by them. Everything else is pure trash. I’m honestly surprised they have any sort of fanbase, but I guess I can see the younger edgelord kids liking them I guess? The schtick is terrible.

 

Wish it was Arms Lentgth instead of HAM. Now, that would have been a banger of a tour lol

 

Just listened to hot mulligan for the first time

I feel like 2012 me would have been all about it. Vocals are a little too wonder yearsy for me in my old age.

but I’m gonna stay for their set and see if it grabs me live.

 

The new hot mully is one of my favorites of the year.

 

their vocalists are way better than soupy, better lyricists too
