I think Kick is already on of my favourite SLS songs

 

They’re quickly becoming an important band to me

 

So I ordered this on Monday. From Belgium. How in the fuck?!?

 

Kick and Losers are really good. This album is my most anticipated.

 

I’m not sure what my most anticipated record of 2020 is just yet, but this is definitely in the running.

 

this is a worthy follow up to schmaltz

Finally just preordered this and I’m so excited

 

I don’t think there’s a bad song on here. I’m not sure I can remember the last time I was eager to the followup to an album I adored and immediately loved it. I’ll need to listen more of course, but I think this is gonna be big for them. It's definitely not a retread of Schmaltz, which I wasn't expecting, but is super refreshing. Beachfront property is probably my favorite song rn, and it’s kinda different for them. Optimism is a 90s alt rock song. Need lyrics

Think it’s my fav on the album

 

Definitely my favorite of the 3 released. That bridge gives me the same feels as the first time I heard “The Boy Considers His Haircut”

 

This song is great - probably my favorite so far too.

“They’ll say that these are our exciting days, at least until they ask our age.”

 

Selfishly I hope they keep the opening 3-song run for the album because that's the best opening stretch I've heard on a record for fuck knows how long.

 

Fuck I need this album.

 

Losers pt. 2 is damn good. So hyped for this album

 

Losers Pt. 2 is what i needed to hear. Losers and Kick while fine could be placed anywhere on the last record and i wouldnt even notice they didnt belong right away. hope theres more growth in the vein of the new one.
