I haven't listened to that first AM Taxi record is YEARS. I second this rec!

 

The am taxi record from last year is quite good too

I randomly figured out the bass line to Keep Growing today and I am smitten.

I really like a lot of the songs on this record but man....this record sounds like shit tbh.

 

I don’t have any problems with the production on this record.

Everything sounds super compressed and on top of each other. It’s honestly grating to my ears. Which is a bummer because there’s some songs I really love.

 

I don’t hear that at all, ha. Interesting.

 

I've never really listened to this band but I'm on 23 days of quarantine so here we go...

 

Honestly this album is so good. I kind of stumbled upon it because of this thread a while back and love it so much.

 

The AM Taxi recs are also gud

Did not love Worriers but maybe I'll try again.

 

The only real comment I have on the production is that I initially preferred the EP production of Losers to the album production, but I've come around to it on subsequent listens. That being said, I still prefer the production on Schmaltz, methinks, but it's so, co close.

 

I have no issues with the production. Had never heard the Worriers but really enjoying them right now. Going to check out some of the others I haven't heard later.

 

Ok, this is officially my new favorite band. I have bought all the songs that are on Itunes including Little Giants.

Can anyone tell me if these guys have any B-Sides I should know about?

Also, this song Funeral is on Spotify but I cannot buy it on Amazon or Itunes, can anyone share it?

I haven't spent that much time with this, but it was really hitting home for me yesterday

 

This record is great for when you’re super depressed because it makes everything that much worse, and yet somehow makes you feel at peace.
