Do kids know who the loony toons characters are?

 

I assume kids networks still play classic cartoons, or at least newer variations of them. Looney Toons/Disney characters are just ubiquitous aspects of popular culture

 

It's not like the original and Tiny Toons weren't about introducing our generation to Bugs

 

I actually said to someone a few days ago, "When they released the first Space Jam they were up against a generation who didn't care about Looney Tunes. Now they're up against a generation that doesn't care about Looney Tunes and Space Jam."

 

Did kids hate Michael Jordan the way so many kids hate LeBron James?

 

I'm pretty sure unless they were from Detroit or Utah, kids loved MJ.

 

What's to hate about LeBron? I feel like he's way more likable than Brady.

Kids loved Michael Jordan until their team played against him. I suspect it’s the same with Lebron.

 

My students are very partisan when it comes to basketball players. If they like Kyrie Irving or Kevin Durant or Stephen Curry or someone else, they say LeBron James is "trash" (their words).
