I like how in the original Mike has a a normal house with a dog in its own little dog house and now Lebron has a weird techy house with a tennis ball machine for basketballs

 

This looks like a giant advertisement for HBO Max, what the hell are you going for here.

The plot description sounded like it was going to basically be a Ready Player One ripoff so I was expecting that. Looks like a lot of dumb fun though. And Lebron is probably going to be great in it.

 

I mean the original was just an ad for everything MJ endorsed

 

Not to mention a cynical attempt to get kids back into the Looney Toons so WB could monetize them again.

 

That’s exactly what this is doing haha, Don call the toons the losers or something like that

and it worked all things considered!!

Pretty sure that shot of The Iron Giant followed by Kong is legitimately taken from RP1

 

Seems like an attempt to promote WB like Disney except WB is a Frankenstein company with no consistent vision whatsoever so it just looks like that thing where you put all the pops in the same cup and it just makes a bland brown shit drink.

 

That’s quite the leap from a 2 minute trailer
