Watched the first episode, mostly just boring. I can't believe they watched that Kokomo sequence and kept it in. My main immediate thought is that this feels completely wrong for Carell, character wise.
Finished this the other day. It's not as funny as I'd hoped. Even trying to consider the absurdity it's living in, the logic behind what happens a lot of the time makes no sense. That said, I grew to like the characters and I think the show's heart is in the right place most of the time. I'd probably watch a S2.
1st episode was boring. 2nd episode was egregiously terrible. I guess I'll give it one more episode to show any speck of redemption.
I had the same feelings. I just watched episode 3 yesterday and thought it was pretty funny and better than the first two. Hopefully it keeps getting better.
Welp... season 2 comes out next month. I don't think I was even to get halfway through the first. https://deadline.com/2022/01/space-force-season-2-premiere-date-netflix-1234903848/
Had no idea this was getting a second season. I can't even remember if I ever watched the third episode or not
Season 2, if you can even call it a season, was a great start I guess. Was basically a half a season of a show, so super unsatisfying by the end. Mostly felt like nothing happened..... it needed a good 5 or so more episodes to actually have this feel like a real show. Kinda baffling honestly. They cut it off right when things started to get interesting. Personally getting tired of streaming networks doing stuff like this. If your season 1 was 10 episodes, season 2 should follow suit. Idk might just be me.
Yeah it was kind of weird to to make it a shortened season. When during the finale they were like oh it’s been four months, I thought it had been like a couple weeks at most.
