Lol I liked Japanese toilets. The song played everytime the toilet turns on lol. I want that to play everytime I go to my bathroom now. The entire episode felt random with the whole Kennedy thing and toilet paper bashing...I liked it I'll say 8/10.
Exclusive: Trey Parker to Direct Untitled Paramount Comedy From Producers Kendrick Lamar and Dave Free | Above the Line Huge news. Finally getting a new Parker & Stone movie with the help of Kendrick Lamar and their buddy Vernon Chapman
Very cool. I've said it once ill say it again, these are my favorite billionaires. The fact that these guys are filthy rich off of making a cartoon the way they want it, still as offensive as ever, still as funny as ever, and they still come off as the exact same dudes (but with a billion dollars)... makes me happy. I got to go to cash bonita in 2017. The place ruled, so I can't imagine what its gonna be like now after actual money being put into it. I'm surprised these guys don't just make it a sorta south park museum, store.
I think the plan is it’s going to have South Park merch there. The merch sales might be the best way to recoup the costs
i admittedly chuckled when cartman smashed a window by jumping out of it even though it was already partially open
This was.... this was okay. Solid B grade. Honestly, I would've loved to see more multiverse south park moments/characters flipped. Seemed like a missed opportunity and I expected more 'south park but "diverse"' flips moments. Diverse towlie.. Tolkien obviously needed to be plain white girl... mr garrison should've been a lesbian with over the top Mrs slave...etc etc. It felt like comedy that writes itself and yet they gave equal dedication to "blue collar workers have the power now" stuff which was very funny but didn't need that much screen time. Felt a little short too for such a big idea. Still, like most south park, hilarious and ill take any new episodes these days so.
Such a nothing burger lol of course it's their first three seasons, they were young and figuring things out
Yeah they have been saying this for years that they’re embarrassed by the early stuff. For my money the golden era for South Park is S4-S11
I personally think season 20 is the only bad season (the 2016 election year that they bet the farm on it going the way we all thought it was gonna go….)
Season One has Robert Smith defeating Mecha-Streisand, Mr. Garrison getting a nosejob that turns him into David Hasselhoff, and Jimbo getting everyone stuck on the volcano. That stuff was way funnier than the stuff that rips headlines of the week. Most of that material has aged really badly.
The headlines stuff works for me as a time capsule. It was a moment i can trace back to. Helps it’s also really funny
