Just realized the last episode of last season was called "The End of Serialization as we know it"...was that planned the whole time or did the Trump election really make them throw their hands up and say "Fuck this"?
http://uproxx.com/technology/south-park-premiere-amazon-echo-google-home/3/ I didn't watch tonight's episode yet but this is pretty funny. I'd probably like it even more had I watched the premiere
The concept of this episode was funnier than the actual execution, though I did enjoy and am glad to have this back
Yea, pretty good ep with some chuckles, felt like they were holding back a bit. The 'Humble' cover was a nice surprise.
eh man that was probably one of the weaker first episodes in a long time. For the first time in a while, the episode actually felt disjointed. The hicks saying "doo doo" made me laugh but besides that...pretty unfunny. Also whatever they were trying to do, it felt like a stretch.
Unless I'm misremembering, that was the most a premiere of this show has underwhelmed. Just really not the episode it could've been
I like new Cartman with a girlfriend it's like he grew up a little but still has deep deep issues It's gonna allow them to do some new stuff maybe
I don't think Human CentiPad really stands up that well either. Seems like they always have to shake off the cobwebs at the start every year. Even the good season openers usually are the weaker episodes of the season.
Centipad cracked me up big time. Cartman's lines about getting fucked are classic sophomoric SP that you just can't help but love. Sarcastaball was pretty awful IMO... maybe worse than last week's.
