Okay, these singles really, really clicked with me this morning, "Let the Lights On" in particular

This will probably get overshadowed by Alvvays but it’s also very good. Great fall record too.

 

yeah this is great. a little bit slower and methodical than what i anticipated but i'm really enjoying it.

 

Didn't get to finish this on Friday so I'm on my second listen now. I don't think I like "Tell Me," but "Key to the City" and "Willow Tree" are awesome

 

Key to the City sounds soo much like Alex G imo

 

Yeah, so I really like half of this, dislike two of the songs, and I'm hoping the rest grows on me. It's definitely good stuff, just a bit quieter and more low-key than I was expecting. Missing some of the hooks from the first record I think. But the atmosphere is there.

 

Agree with most of the comments, this is definitely good but I wish there was another song or two in the vein of "Let the Lights On." What's here is solid though.

 

Bought a last minute ticket to see them tonight! I really like the opener Charlotte Rose Benjamin’s latest album which pushed me to grab a ticket. Should be a good time! Plus I have very few shows for a while so this will hold me over haha.

 

this grew on me so much.

 

If you like this album I highly recommend the Porridge Radio record from this year.
