as a dude that's had his rounds against anxiety i can't believe more bands don't take these breaks for the same reasons, can't imagine my job being to be presentable for a crowd of strangers that are attached to you

I might still be in NYC after my birthday trip and I’m so annoyed.

 

Dang this show Friday is gonna be special. Think it'll be the 7th time seeing Sorority Noise

 

Just browsed the Facebook event page for Friday's show in Cleveland to see if anyone is selling tickets and not one person is, but like 30 people are looking for tickets :(

Was hoping to score one at the last minute. Not looking good.

 

I really don't get Remo Drive

I've listened to them a bunch and I just don't get it. Maybe after seeing them I will

 

They're in the group of bands I don't get too. Remo Drive/mom jeans./McCafferty... not catching on with me at all.

 

I hate McCafferty, I like a few Mom Jeans songs but I def don't understand their hype. Same thing with Remo

You should check out Heart Attack Man and Prince Daddy. I think those are the only two in this current scene of these bands that are really good

 

Heart Attack Man rips. They come through Buffalo a decent amount and are always a good time. Will definitely look into Prince Daddy today.

It’s like emo for people who never heard mobo. I do like the new temp drive song though.

 

it's pop punk for kids who think they are too cool for pop punk

Managed to get a ticket for tomorrow. Pretty pumped for it. Hoping for more then 13 songs this time though.

I'm okay with that, I think. I also think I'd be impossibly hard to please when it comes to this.

 

I actually like Remo Drive’s record, it seems to be a bit different from all of those. They remind me more of Weezer than any emo revival bands honestly. Mom Jeans and McCafferty are unadulterated trash though

 

They were great last night

Remo was actually pretty good too

Only songs I wish they played were

A Portrait Of & Mediocre At Best

 

Pittsburgh and Chicago both got 14 songs and Cleveland got 17. That makes me happy we got three extra songs but makes me sad for those going that got less.

 

Eh, the only ones we lost are Where Are You?, Blonde Hair, and the Manchester cover, so I personally am not too bothered by it.
