my brother made a surprise visit this morning and that was one of the first things i showed him. brightened his mood

that is so great

 

Thinking about taking my son to see this on Monday

 

This was a lot better than I was expecting. I don’t know how good I’d say it was in terms of plot but I thought Marsden and the actress that played his wife had a lot of charisma in this and I wish they had more screen time together honestly. I’m in for the sequel. Hopefully they can put together a more cohesive story cuz I think the rest of the pieces are there

 

Good. That movie was the biggest disappointment of 2019

 

A year ago I didn’t imagine I’d walk out of the cinema thinking this was good but here we are. I’m already interested in the sequel.

 

WOOF. My god what a turd. If this is the result of taking the internet’s two
Cents on movies, I’m good on movies. This will be the most unbelievably dated movie ever made within five years.

 

This was genuinely charming? I’m truly interested in a sequel? Wild

 

I surprisingly enjoyed this. Super excited if they do a sequel to see more of Tails/possibly Knuckles.

I’m more surprised people seem to be giving what is a ridiculously mediocre movie a pass because it’s not a dumpster fire.

 

I took my little brother who wanted to see it. It was fun. Idk.

 

Does he like CRJ? The deciding factor on whether he's cool Or not

 

The Rise of Skywalker has made my expectations for movies incredibly low.

I think that’s part of why I enjoyed this very safe straight forward nostalgia movie.

 

I would like to see Shadow appear but that would have to be after Knuckles which will have to be after Tails, so maybe in 6 years.

This film was enjoyable because it never tried to be anything more than a movie about Sonic and Carrey's Robotnik
